The space
The home was constructed in 1960. It has been updated and undergone significant updating including new cabinets, appliances, air conditioning, and the addition of a living room/wet bar, French doors and a triple sliding glass door leading to the pool. I chose to keep the vintage style bathrooms with the characteristic pink and blue ceramic tile. Both bathrooms are in excellent condition. I also had the terrazzo floors diamond polished to keep a little of
the mid-century Davis Islands flavor.
Two of three bedrooms, as well as the living area open up to the pool area. PLEAE NOTE - I DO NOT HAVE A POOL FENCE.
