You will have full and exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. This includes all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and all indoor common areas. In addition, you will enjoy private access to the entire backyard, which features a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, and a pool table. Your comfort and privacy are our priority.

We will be available to answer your questions or assist you with any needs that may arise during your stay through the platform or by phone. However, we value your privacy and will not be present at the property, allowing you to enjoy the space with complete independence.

Independent Studio: It`s important to know that there is a studio attached to the property that is rented separately. This studio is completely independent, with its own private entrance, and does not share the pool or any of the other areas of this house.

Starter Supplies: For your convenience, a starter kit is provided, including: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bin bags per bathroom, 1 roll of kitchen roll, and 8 coffee capsules. As this is self-catering accommodation, you will need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Pool/Jacuzzi Heating: Heating for the pool and jacuzzi is available for an additional $25 per day (November to April). Please request this service in advance if desired.
Pool Rules for Guests

1. No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk.

2. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

3. No diving or running around the pool area.

4. No glass containers or bottles or food in or near the pool.

5. No pets allowed in the pool.

6. Use pool towels only – Do not use house towels.

7. Shower before entering the pool to maintain water cleanliness.

9. Do not tamper with pool equipment or heater settings.

10. No loud music or parties allowed in the pool area after 10 PM.

11. Dry off before entering the house to avoid slipping or water damage.

12. Use the pool at your own risk – The host is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

13. The pool has a heater that has a fee charge of $25 per night will be collected after the book confirmation if they will used on the stay. you need to requested 24h before the check in to get the heater on.
