Great house.

Nicely appointed home that worked well for our family of six. Pool and spa were enjoyed for sure. Host has thought of every little detail. Great communication when we had questions. Location was convenient to downtown, beaches and more. Would highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful home in a great Neighborhood.

Beautiful home in a great Neighborhood. Very quite and peaceful! The home was spotless and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was on point, it was like if I was texting a close friend that's how fast they responded. Loved the area and was nearby everything. If we ever decide to come back to visit Tampa we know where we will be staying.

Clean and convenient

We had a nice stay at Mark's place. It was clean and convenient to the LTAC center my mom was in. It is also a 30 to 40 minute drive to Maderia beach depending on traffic. The pool is heated and got pretty warm but one quick message to Mark and he turned it down. Their response time was very quick to all my questions.

Great house

Just what we needed in Tampa, hope to stay here again. Clean, really comfortable bed, good attention to extras like extra towels, quality bedding, coffee, nice dinnerware, supplies... Pool and spa was a bonus, was very cold weather when we were there, so didn't use as much as we wanted, but it is heated. Liked the convertable table in the dining area for pool and ping pong, great idea or those rains showers in Florida. Communication with managers was very prompt when I had questions, definitely will rent from this company in the future.

The house, pool, and spa are clean

The house, pool, and spa are clean. There are plenty of personal and beach towels provided. Daily essentials are also provided. Including plenty of dishes, glasses, Tupperware, silverware, pots and pans. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a park. The host responds promptly and is easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home

This property met all our expectations. We loved the pool/table tennis and played quite a few games on it. On arrival there was a bit of a mix up with the key code and WiFi password, but someone came over within 15 minutes and sorted it out for us. Also as a gesture of goodwill they also heated our pool free of charge. I have never come a cross such a kind and caring rental company and nothing was too much trouble. If I am ever in Tampa again I would book this home again. Thank you for all your help, we really enjoyed staying in your lovely property.

If I could give this 10 stars I would!!

If I could give this 10 stars I would!! The house was amazing! Super clean, cozy and everything you needed! The backyard was perfect with the beautiful pool, lounge chairs and seating area. We spent quite a bit of time out there! Super close to downtown Tampa (we were there for a conference) and lots of great places to eat nearby. We ended up booking this last minute due to an issue with our first rental through another company, and Mark and his team were quick and accommodating! They helped us get settled within 1 hour of booking and were amazing throughout our entire stay. We have used air bnb numerous times and this was by far our best experience. I highly recommend!

This place was great!

This place was great! The pictures don’t do it justice. The moment you walk through the front door you are greeted with a relaxing, spa-like vibe to get you in vacation mode. The decor was so beautiful and well coordinated throughout the entire house. They provided many great amenities (full tea & coffee bar, snacks, toiletries, etc) and had ample towels for showering and the pool. The kitchen table also converts to a pool table and ping pong table, providing even more activities for family or friends to enjoy. The pool was especially great for the hot July weather, though it does get a bit sunny if you’re out there in the late morning/early afternoon. Our hosts were very attentive, communicative, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We loved our stay and would gladly come back the next time we are in town. :)

Listing was accurate!

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay in this house. We were pleasantly surprised to find they had a dispenser of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner mounted in the shower, toothbrushes and a travel sized toothpaste in the bathroom. There were plenty of pool towels and regular towels which was a nice touch - so many places only provide one per guest. There were several small bags of snacks provided in the kitchen as well as travel disposable coffee mugs and coffee pods. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic breakfasts and snacks (we mostly ate out). The beds were comfortable. The house was well laid out for its size. The pool was clean and refreshing, as was the hot tub. The kids enjoyed the table that converted to a ping pong table, etc. In the living room, the couch was very comfortable and the tv was nice and large and had Netflix account on it. The charging station was a great touch. The laundry area worked great and we appreciated the laundry soap being on hand as well. Having a broom and dust pan on hand was appreciated so we could sweep crumbs over the course of our stay. Outdoors, the neighborhood was nice, and it was quiet. We were within 15-20 min drive of many restaurant options (with some closer and some further). It only took around 20-25 mins to get to the Florida Aquarium downtown. Cypress point park was a nice shallow wading beach and playground around 20 min away. We loved Ballast point park Pier and playground (like 7 min away) and enjoyed fast food overlooking the water. We drove over to Clearwater area which was variable time depending on traffic but more like an hour. Listing was accurate and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice location and great pool!

This house was in a nice location on a quiet street (although you do hear the jets from the AFB). Many of the surrounding houses and neighborhoods were negatively affected by the hurricanes, but this house was very clean and functional. The pool was very nice and warm. The communication with management was excellent (very responsive). Two nice parks within walking distance were a plus. Good restaurants and stores within a couple miles. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Experience

Owners stayed in contact and made sure we were happy and taken care of. House was perfect and had everything we needed. The location is nice and neighborhood is quiet. Yard was well kept and pool was nice and clean. Access to home was easy and I loved the keyless entry. Kids really enjoyed the pool/ping pong table. Only con was no light in the pool so once it got dark you couldn’t enjoy the pool until the 10 pm curfew but other than that no complaints at all. I would definitely stay again and would 10/10 recommend.
