  • This is a beautiful and charming upper level condo available in sought after Palma Ceia neighborhood.

    Walk to dozens of restaurants, and cafes or jog the famous Bayshore Blvd every morning. This is where you want to be in Booming Tampa!

    Unit comes furnished with 2 large BR, wifi throughout, and a great bonus room and desk for any WFH needs you may have.

    AC/Heat is upgraded with nest thermostat and Smart TV’s in MBR and Living room make it easy to stream your favorites.

Great location

The rental is in a perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants and Bay Shore. Nick was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had about the property.

Great stay!

Location is perfect, close to Bayshore, Hyde Park, Waterstreet… all the fun places! Very clean and spacious. Loved the decor :) Nick was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions etc. Highly recommend if you are staying in South Tampa.

Another Great Stay at Nick’s!

Thanks again Nick. This was our second year staying at Nick’s with Boston Terrier. We love the rental. It’s bright, spacious and has everything you need. We love the Palma Caia neighborhood you can easily walk to Bay Shore, Hyde Park and Howard St.

Palma Ceia Month Stay

We were very pleased with our experience. Overall the property and location were very nice. We felt safe and comfortable while there in Tampa. The location was a bit far from beaches...most required about 30-40 minutes drive. The condition of the property was very nice. Our only suggestion would be to improve the condition of the bathroom. The water leaked in the bathtub and the shower head needs to be upgraded. Also there was no fan in the bathroom to clear out steam from the shower. Our communication with the owneer was very positive.

Terrific rental!

My husband and I are recently retired and have never stayed anywhere more than 2 wks… we were at this rental for one month and could not have been happier! The space is plenty big for two and we were even able to have our two adult children stay with us for a weekend. The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s a two bedroom with a bright room at the back which worked great for clothes and where we crated our small dog. The flat is very bright and the kitchen is very ready for cooking and the washer/dryer is very convenient to use as well. The neighborhood is amazing with a dog park a few blocks away. You are close to Howard St. and Hyde Park. It’s easy to get to everything. Only wished for a little better outdoor space but Nick (very responsive!) is going to have some work done to improve the back yard. Anyway, this is a very comfortable, safe and quiet place.
