「This is a clean, modern apartment on a quiet street about 10 minutes’ walk from Shibuya station. Hajime was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing lots of useful information on local restaurants, how to use the apartment facilities, etc. It is unfortunately a very compact apartment, as shown in the photos. Don’t expect to be able to stand up in the sleeping area. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for more than about 3-4 people due to the limitations of the space available.」

「This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. 」

「Tiny toilet room. Clapped out couch. Bunk beds had very little padding. Dirty. Mold in the shower. On the fourth floor with no elevator 」

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「The apartment was very convenient to go anywhere since the hub station, Shinbashi was only 5min on foot. Also we could walk to Imperial palace and a famous shopping district, Ginza. And there were many kinds of restaurants around the house from Ramen, Sushi restaurants, Izakaya to a beer restaurant, Italian, Chinese... I didn’t have any problems to find places to eat. The room was very clean and the best thing was a basket of complimentary Japanese snacks!」
