A good enough place to stay a night if visiting the area. Great location but sadly no longer well staffed so reception is often shared with the sister hotel a street back and the bar on ocean drive is also no longer running - a huge waste given the great beach facing location. Renovations and repairs are poorly done which makes this gorgeous art deco hotel a bit run down. Room was very swiftly serviced so not well detailed and there was a lot of dirt build up in corners and the odd hair in the bathroom. Shower mixer was almost busted and sounded like it would snap each time we used it. The bathroom exhaust fan only worked with the bathroom light first shower then not again. Maintenance is an issue. Beds were very comfortable and very well laundered and quality linens were used. We slept very well, although there was a lot of noise and we were the first room along from the lobby so every guest passed by causing our door to rattle repetitively.

This is the only place you need to go to. We don’t even need to leave the resort. They have Everything. Their Italian restaurant is amazing.

Hotel is in an awesome location with just a few minute walk to the beach. Starbucks is very close by as well. Breakfast was okay but not the best I have had before, especially for a hot breakfast. I was slammed with a $100 holding charge that wasn’t on my paperwork at all and hotel front desk said it was because I booked with Expedia and not directly but I do have to say the $100 was credit ASAP upon checking out. The luggage handler and front doors man was amazing and very friendly and always had a smile on his face.

My birthday stay at Nobu was honestly phenomenal. The hotel, atmosphere, service, and overall experience made my celebration feel special from start to finish. The staff for the most part were welcoming, attentive, and helped create an unforgettable stay. That said, I do want to share one disappointing experience. While at the rooftop pool, I was approached by an employee named Tim and repeatedly questioned about whether I belonged there despite me wearing a wristband and showing proof that I was a guest. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable, singled out, and honestly profiled in a way that took away from an otherwise amazing birthday experience. I still enjoyed my stay overall and think the property itself is beautiful, but I hope management takes guest interactions more seriously so no one else leaves feeling the way I did in that moment.
