Almost perfect. Staffs are not good in english but very engaging. We can communicate with google translate very well. Onsen is amazing. Room is huge with two sinks in the bath and seperate room from the toilet. Two little things that could get better is the place of towel and onsen clothes are somehow in the draw under the television. Which I found it weird. Also the tap in the sink is other way round which you press downward for water and close upwards.

It is the biggest hotel in Tamana Onsen. Our room was big and comfortable for a family of three. The hotel has its own onsen though just crossing the street there is a one of the biggest onsen in Western Japan.

老舗ホテルで多少の古さはありますが、高級感も感じました。スタッフの対応も、とても丁寧でした。大浴場は本当に広くて、子供たちは泳いでいました。外国人客がいなかったので、宿泊客は少ないように感じました。その分、お風呂も貸切状態だったし、ゆっくりと過ごせました。

概ね良かったです。ランドリーがあると尚良かった 朝食は早い時間だったので庭の見える席で気持ちよく食事が出来て味も美味しかった 予定があり夕飯の予定が立たず外で食べる予定だったが周辺にあまり食べるお店がなかった お風呂はとても気持ちよかったが内湯は子供には熱すぎた様です
