Lastly, they kindly arranged a seaplane transfer between the sister hotels at our request, and everything went very smoothly, making the journey extremely comfortable and convenient. "2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！ まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。 朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。 また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。 ありがとうございました！"
