"The hotel is located only a 10+ min from the Narita Airport by hotel's shuttle which runs every 15 (or 20) min. Our plan was changed because of the rain but the shuttle even goes to JR Narita station and EAON mall. There is the Family Mart next to the front desk. We had dinner buffet one night and it was pretty delicious."

"Shuttle from airport was fast and easy to find, there’s a Lawsons on main floor for all snacks needed when you can’t sleep from time difference Mornings buffet was great too. At 7:30 we took a shuttle to Jr train station and easy walk to temple with lots of shops that opened on our walk back around 9 am Easily kill a few hours exploring and then get back on shuttle to hotel Room amenities were great too, robes, slippers, toothpaste, hairbrush, razors. Currency exchange with amazing rate too For Great hotel and gave us a great 1st morning experience"

"The building and lobby are not very aesthetically pleasing- there’s no seating if you are waiting for your room . Staff were hardworking and polite . The bed was very basic and could do with a mattress pad . Breakfast was adequate and well organized. Overall , a good one night stay for a good price , but definitely quite basic ."
