"Outside windows were stained and covered with cobwebs, gatden needs some trimming so you can enjoy the view. No wifi network at all. Cobwebs and spiders all through the inside and very dusty. Sticky surfaces. This place really needed a good clean. Location was beautiful and only took a small walk to get into town. We had booked for two nights but only atayed one. Definitely wish we had booked somewhere else."

"Such a special spot. Incredible views and an all day sun trap. A comfortable and cosy bach. Bird life is amazing and the bird feeders bring them right to you. While not fully fenced the property was great for our dog. We had a great time exploring Akaroa and parts of Banks Peninsula. We would love to return for another stay. "
