"We love Comfort Hotel ERA Ise. The front desk staff and housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Shower-head provides large, powerful water spray action which was superb. Comfy beds. The breakfast is delicious and the lobby library lounge area has available snacks and drinks from 10am - 11pm. Limited parking on property, but there is a public parking area within a minute walking distance. Great location close to many good restaurants, shops, train stations. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Ise!"

"スタッフさんも親切で 海の見える部屋で (部屋は狭めのビジネスホテルのようですが) 大浴場もあって、私は一階の 和食レストランで食べたのですが 料金も良心的で美味しかった。 伊勢神宮や最寄り駅への 無料シャトルもあった(予約必要)"

"This hot spring resort was so charming and nice. The staff were all great. The location is very convenient, near many attractions in Toba and not very far from Ise Jingu. The dinner was also delicious."

"A very charming resort with very beautiful surroundings. We booked the villa and the room is spacious. The loft is spacious but the stairs were quite steep. Unfortunately, the public bath is under upgrading works during our stay and we did not get to use it."

"駅の近くで便利で バランスの良い家庭的な朝食が美味しくて気に入りました。 部屋が狭くて大きなスーツケースの開け閉めが結構大変でした。 ビルトインのクローゼットがなく少しの壁掛けがあるだけなのが不便だったのとバスルームにもハンガーを吊るすバーがなかったので吊り下げ式の洗面用具やメイクバックの置き場所が無くて不便でした。"
