「Overall, we had a great experience, and the catering staff were exceptional—very attentive and warm throughout our stay. The only thing we found a bit unusual was being asked for IDs from each person in the couple, though we assume this may be part of local compliance. Otherwise, everything was excellent」

On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire. 「El hotel estaba muy vacío y como un poco abandonado. Necesita más limpieza, más atención, un mejor servicio y mejor restaurante. A veces no atendían a nuestra llamada. La cocina no funcionaba y el desayuno no estaba disponible. Pero la habitación era amplia y cómoda.」

「Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that there’s no hot water. We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I won’t recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for.」
