breakfast can be better. Lunch and dinner were good. Starters can be wayyyy better than what they are right now. Cleanliness is good but AC's shall be modified

Beautiful property but with a pathetic staff ..the check in was not so smooth . We made a special request as it was our anniversary for a cake at the reception to which they said kindly contact kitchen when we called the kitchen they asked us to contact the reception . The room was sapcious and good but the bedsheet was not so tidy ..

The hotel is a bit far from the temple, in case you do not have your own vehicle , do not book this hotel. They do not provide any pick up and drop to the temple. At night it is very difficult to even get an auto from the temple. Service is not that great, specially at the restaurant.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. the property was beautiful and very well maintained. Lots of lovely statues. Food was excellent and tasty.

Room wasn't properly set up and cleaned so had to chase the hotel service people a few times. Music playing in the garden was annoying but room was facing away from the garden so did not affect us in the evening. Enjoyed breakfast!

An oasis in Madhya Pradesh

Stay was just the relaxing interlude in an India trip we needed. Staff was very friendly, people at restaurant such as the knowledgeable Vash introduced us to a wide variety of foods. Any one should try their unique kulfi preparation, golgam, made from pan. Room was comfortable, location just outside of the fascinating townlet of Orchha. Recommended.

Beautiful and serene!

The lawns are excellently maintained. The swimming pool was closed. The spa, which is shown on the website, does not exist. No games, like, playing cards/ Chinese Checkers are kept for the guests. Since the guests were less, or otherwise also, no cultural programmes were organised for the guests. The walls of the rooms are not sound proof, so, television, put on in the next room is heard in your room. Staff is mostly pleasant and helpful. Food is overly priced. One can go there for quiet, me time.

It's good new hotel for weddings. There are few independent blocks which is so convenient for ceremonies.There is intercom but no extension details, occasionally you can spot a staff but lousy services. No pay at check-out service. It is away from city with some dark and lonely patches.

Hotel did not honour the booking made through hotels.com. Left stranded in midnight along with my wife in bitter cold of December. Very bad site. Never book through hotels.com. Reception staff was uncourteous. Did not do anything to help us. Refused us when we wished to speak to higher management to sort out issue. Overall, not recommended hotels.com as well as orchha resorts.

Good hotel on a beautiful river bank

This hotel is very relaxing and has beautiful grounds and pool right on a charming river bank. It is close to all the sites in Orchha and you can go by walking to them. Hotel staff very courteous. They accept only cash for settling the account in Indian currency.

隣の州が運営するホテルより遥かに設備もいいし、綺麗だと思います。 街に中心からものんびりした街並みを眺めながら歩いて10分程。 スタッフも親切で、観光スポットのことを尋ねるとオルチャの歴史まで説明してくれたり、道端で会った際には、バイクに乗せてくれて、ちょっとしたドライブをさせてくれました。 朝食のビュッフェもこのクラスにしては充実していると思います。 但し、レストランはノンベジオンリーなので、肉が食べたければ隣にホテルに行けば食べられますし、もちろんホテルではビールも飲めます。 3000円程度でこのクラスのホテルはなかなかないとおもいます。

Good hotel by Betwa river side

The hotel is well located within this small town and all sights are at walking distance. The staff was overall friendly and food was just fine though expensive for this area. Overall a pleasing experience.

Good Getaway

It was a wonderful experience. The people and Hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative. Great pool side experience. Could have done with a greater variety of beer though. Cherry on the cake was meeting with the Chief of the facility Mr. Khullar - a man with a infectious energy and humor. All in all the apprehensions we had due the place being remote were culled very well by this fantastic experience.

A fair resting stop between major cities

While I wouldn't recommend anyone going to Orchha, if you do need to go there then the Orchha resort is the best place to stay. This hotel is not in the league of the 4 or 5-star hotels of New Delhi or Rajasthan, but it is an ok place for a night.
