「The home was exactly as described and definitely met our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for the week. Everything was well-organized and labeled with detailed instructions to make our stay pleasant. The location is a short walk to the cute downtown Kings Beach area and beach, and it was just a short drive to Diamond Peak and Northstar ski resorts. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Tahoe!」

「The location was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the home as if we had family game night in our own. There’s a tv in every room and more than enough space. I was pleasantly surprised to find kids dishes! They came in handy. My 6 and 3 year old loved the house. And they loved the bunk beds. Thank you for your help before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.」

「We had the pleasure of spending two nights in this cozy house, and it was truly an incredible experience. The interior was thoughtfully designed, with charming little details that created a wonderful atmosphere. The house was perfect for four people — clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed.The location was excellent — close to all the main spots, shops, and cafes. Just a 5-minute walk to a lovely coffee shop that opens at 7 a.m.Our friends from Colorado and New York...

「Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. 」

「There was a lot to offer from this property especially for your puppies. I do not have one complaint but only thing to mention is that there isn’t a shower upstairs. The only bathroom upstairs has a tub w/o a shower, so going up and down the stairs was a light workout that wasn’t too bad. Overall we had a great experience here.」

「Very clean and quiet space. Loved having coffee just steps away on the big rocks at the lake. Communicating with HOA about parking was a kink I had to iron out. Other than that, would definitely stay again :) 」
