The cabin only had one TV! And it didn’t work the first 2 days despite contacting the property management who insisted that we just follow the direction which stated not to touch the connections. After hours of trying and two days with no TV we finally decided to check the connections…. And sure enough a critical connection was disconnected. The property management did not offer any type of compensation for this. On top of this the cabin is outdated and far from lifts. Then they had the nerve to try to tell us that a sheet was damaged and that pillow cases were missing. We took nothing and damaged nothing. They are also charging way beyond what the raggedy old low quality sheets are worth as well. I am appalled by the treatment as well as outright and utter completely unfounded and impossible missing pillow cases and ruined sheets. I also asked how were they ruined with no specific information provided. I do not recommend this property or any other offered by this management company.
