It is an absolute scam. When I arrived, they did not give me the room I had booked and told me they would take me to their second hotel. When I got there, it turned out to be a hotel run by some friends of theirs, and instead of the four-star standard of Ferma Art Hotel, I was taken to what was essentially a one-star hotel. They showed me to the room, and saying it was dirty would be an understatement. It was absolutely filthy. I complained and made it clear that they could not possibly expect me to stay there. They then took me to a third hotel, again run by friends of theirs. This time it was a two-star hotel, where I was given a small single room instead of the double room I had booked. Throughout the whole situation, they kept claiming that there had been a problem with their computer system and that, because it was Formula 1 weekend, they had no other option. I ended up paying more than €1,200 for three nights for a tiny room with a single bed in a two-star hotel. This is an absolute scam. Do not stay at this hotel. A hotel operating like this should not be allowed to remain open. My experience was completely unacceptable.
