We booked the best room through expedia. Was supposed to have multiple beds etc so the kids could stay with us and use pool etc. Got there and had 1 king bed. Ended up just settling

Beautiful hotel entrance with winding staircase, tiled floors everywhere, rooms are clean, swimming pool is very good.

It’s okay

Don’t expect anything close by. It’s all residential. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay, friendly staff, clean hotel. Stay away with the “homemade ice cream”it’s not ice cream at all. Lol

Great clean rooms. Delicious foods, friendly stuffs , but no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and no soap.

Place was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff named Zai was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall our stay was great.

Newer hotel excellent staff and very prompt and courteous. Restaurant food was fantastic but menu was slightly limited. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a very charming hotel to stay in, the room was very clean and very spacious, the restaurant menu was quite good but limited , overall a very pleasant experience

Loved Hotel Gabriella!

The staff at the hotel are so kind and attentive. Loved the room and breakfast was excellent! Best sunnyside up eggs ever, and loved the corned beef. Try the tocino, also delicious! Rooms are comfortable. Beautiful pool area!

Me encanta ese hotel. The staff are very friendly and clean, only that the bathroom had some difficulties and not sound proof as well as their WiFi are very slow. But the staff are very attentive and friendly and very helpful that is why I am so happy staying with them too.

Thank you for the feedback. It's true that we are secluded but it is actually a quiet neighborhood and no reports of crime ever. Our facility is fenced and we have 24 hour security and video surveillance.

Nice and clean, quiet, comfortable

It's brand new, one month in operation, so hotel was very nice and clean. Staff did great job for having a small amount of time to train. I'm sure they will learn and get even better with experience. Biggest plus is the quiet location. Not much around as far as activities, but that's not what we were there for. Got a great two nights sleep at Gabriella - clean room, comfortable bed and QUIET. No dogs, no chickens, no traffic.
