「This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful building and grounds. We stayed in ‘The Princess’s Room’ which is glorious. Full length embroidered silk curtains and lovely feature detailing. It is not the room to choose if you want a ‘normal’ easy access shower; it’s original 1920’s fittings are a very large enamel bath (good for two) and a hand held only shower head. 「Nice place. On the outside of town but walkable. Good room. Lovely receptionist. Walkable to old town. Main issue is the lack of parking nearby. I got a parking ticket out the front.」
