El Laurel is part of a typical Canarian house situated in the historic town of Tacoronte in the north of Tenerife. The property includes a beautiful house and two nice flats. Surrounded by avocado trees, vineyards and a beautiful garden with a variety of native flora. It also has its own wine cellar.



The location is perfect and close to stunning black sandy beaches, the green of the north, the Teide National Park and all hiking trails.



El Laurel, 126m², - Totally refurbished with a warm and cosy atmosphere:

- 1 Bedroom with double bed: 1,60 cm wide by 2 metres long with en-suite bathroom.

- 1 Bedroom with three single beds measuring 0.90 centimetres wide by 1.90 centimetres long (bunk bed with two beds and one bed).

- 1 Office with a sofa bed measuring 1.30 cm wide by 1.90 cm long.

- 1 bathroom for bedroom 3 beds and office.

- Private patio with garden on the ground floor and 2 terraces on the first floor.

- Patio for communal use with outdoor furniture.

- Garage with one parking space for the house and possibility to extend to three parking spaces if all three properties are rented.

- Satellite TV, international channels in the living room and in the two bedrooms.

- Wifi.

- Heating in each room.

- Maintenance service, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.



We have FREE cots and high chairs available for our customers.



The property has a Securitas Direct alarm which is disconnected for the duration of a guest's stay and therefore does not record the alarm.



The following documents must be presented upon arrival:



- Copy of passports or ID (DNI) of all guests over 14 years of age. This documentation is necessary to complete the check in process.



-Signed contract with the details of your stay (we will send it to you by email).



-On arrival at the accommodation you must sign an inventory with the furniture, equipment and decorative elements of the property.
