Awesome North End Tacoma Area close to Proctor~ This upper class modern open floor plan will offer everything you need with 14' ceilings laminate wood floors granite counters and all new appliances. The two bedrooms are spacious with large closets. The kitchen is stacked with everything you will need to cook or entertain. All the furnishings are high end and top quality. The neighborhood is safe with beautiful homes. The best thing is the wonderful location. Just walk a few blocks and you will find Tacoma 6th Ave neighborhood. A vibrant, thriving, walkable community. 6th Ave has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, day spas and shopping in the city. A short drive or bicycle ride away is Point Ruston, Proctor District, Theaters, Metropolitan market, downtown Tacoma, McMenamins, Point defiance zoo and aquarium, Ruston Way boardwalk on the waterfront and many beautiful parks. This is the best of North Tacoma.
