"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "

"I’ve stayed here multiple times. They are renovating right now but I didn’t hear any noise or have any inconveniences. The restaurant is good and the rooms have kitchenettes. Great location for events downtown. It’s close to but quieter than the byward market area"

"The location was perfect for visiting the downtown Ottawa area and seeing all the lights . we visited Byward market, the rideau center and all is very close. We took advantage of the parking at City Hall to make it even more affordable. Hotel was great, and the kids loved the pool and hottub. "

"The location is excellent. The hotel situated near Lyon LRT station. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the Parliament. There is a Food basic grocery store around the corner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was renovated."
