"The beds are very comfortable and the food at Hours is delicious. The rooms generally face inwards to the garden so you don’t hear the chaos from city center. We had a difficult check-in and didn’t find the front-desk staff helpful or caring, even though we had booked a suite for 5 nights. We were placed to wait in the garden while our room was being prepared and given menus to have something to eat or drink while we waited. No one attended to us for the hour we waited and when we finally went inside to inquire about the room, we mentioned no one even came to ask if we’d like water. They bluntly responded, “you should’ve gone to get a waiter.” They then brought us to our room where the cleaning staff were still inside. The staff member ran off after seeing this to figure it out, leaving us in the hallway without direction. We eventually walked back downstairs to wait another half hour for them to find a different room, which we again had to go and ask about ourselves. We wouldn’t typically complain about these things but the treatment wasn’t the 5-star quality the hotel markets and got which we paid."

"Superb hotel and staff that pay attention to detail and are willing to help at any time. The hotel is in a great location for traveling around Krakow with easy access to all you need. The breakfast is wonderful with a vast variety. I would highly recommend it and would like to praise the staff, especially the reception/front desk and their very charming Manager! It proved to be a very good choice for celebrating my birthday! Thank you very much indeed."
