The holiday home is spread over two floors and is quietly located on a park-like property, just 8 km from the charming old town of Syracuse. The nearest sandy bay is only 100 m away as the crow flies (approx. 300 m on foot).

Facilities include a private tennis court (with floodlights and tennis rackets), a large lawn, and a private pool for exclusive use.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine, the living/dining room, a guest toilet, and one bedroom. On the upper floor, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (with both heating and cooling functions), 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), and a terrace.

The ground-floor bedroom is available exclusively for an occupancy of 8 people. For an occupancy of up to 7 people, an additional single bed will be provided in one of the upper-floor bedrooms or in the living room.
