The apartment, located within a residential building, is equipped with all amenities and is very quiet despite facing the street; it is connected to another apartment, with which it shares only the entrance.



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, wine glasses), dining table, split A/C, fan, double sofa bed, and 55-inch TV;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, nightstands, walk-in closet, dresser, and split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with a queen-size bed, split A/C, and closet;

- BATHROOM with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (in the kitchen and bedrooms), hair dryer, clothesline, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating may be used and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve the keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 10:00 PM.



If you’d prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;
