This modern 2-room vacation apartment, measuring approximately 42 m² and spread over two levels, can accommodate up to 2 people. In a prime location right behind the dunes of Westerland, you can hear the sound of the North Sea and relax while enjoying the proximity to the beach. Dogs are welcome.

**LIVING ROOM AND WEST-FACING TERRACE**
The inviting living room is furnished with a cozy sofa, a wicker armchair, and a TV. The dining area, with a table and two chairs, is perfect for enjoying cozy meals. From here, you can step out onto the furnished west-facing terrace with a seasonal beach chair (approx. April–September), where you can wind down and relax in the evening.

**OPEN KITCHEN AND DINING AREA**
The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need. With a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker, the kitchen is perfect for self-catering.

**BEDROOM AND BATHROOM**
The bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, natural light, and amenities such as a hair dryer and a towel warmer.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
The entryway features a small hallway with a coat rack. A washing machine and dryer are available for free, shared use, within the building. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a parking space are provided. Dogs are welcome.
