「We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Location is not walking distance to any coffee shop (meaning 10 min walk or less). 「Beautiful view if you book the sea view room, customer service is EXCELLENT, Natalie and the other 2 young ladies are there to please, sorry I don’t remember their names..food is always exceptional, the pool is a beautiful private and heated, Stay here you will ENJOY your time! 」
