窓からの眺めが最高です。キッチンも食洗器も洗濯機も清潔でした。週末は花火が見れました。トラブルの対応もスタッフさんが快く解決してくれました。シドニーに行くときはまたこのホテルを予約します。

良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

部屋は広々としていて、景色も良く、大変快適に過ごすことが出来ました。キッチンや食器洗い洗浄機やオーブン、電子レンジも完備で、素晴らしいです。ただ、シャワーが固定式で、なおかつ23階と高層階だったからか、シャワーの水圧が少し弱いことと、ホテルに行くまでの坂が結構キツいのが唯一残念なところでした。しかし、キッチンや洗面台の水量は申し分なく、毎回の清掃も素晴らしく、大変楽しく過ごせました。日本人はほとんど見かけませんでしたが、おすすめです。

妻と子供2人(5歳と2歳)で3泊させてもらいました。ロックス地区にあるので、オペラハウスやハーバーブリッジにも徒歩圏内で、食事するところもたくさんあります。電車の駅も近いので空港までのアクセスも最高でした。

サーキュラーキー駅から近く立地はとても良いです！部屋から見えるオペラハウスとハーバーブリッジ毎日ベランダから見れて最高の景色でした。スタッフの対応も素晴らしくチェックインの時からチェックアウトまで気持ち良くホテルで過ごす事が出来て初めてのシドニーを満喫する事が出来ました。食洗機のドアが開かず故障かと思いフロントに言ったら勘違いにもかかわらず笑顔で対応してくれました。またシドニーに来た時はこのホテルを選びたいと思います。

ロケーションがとても良いです。ロックスにも近いですし、とにかく景色が最高です。食事はしていませんのでわかりません。前回もハーバービューの部屋でしたが、同じタイプの部屋でしたが、今回の部屋の方が景色が良かったです。

眺めは最高でした！

眺めとアクセスの良さはとても満足でした。 2歳前の子供がいるので、バスタブとシャワーが必須で、お部屋にあったのですが、まさかのバスタブとシャワーが別の場所に…。トイレや洗面台と一緒の場所ですが、シャワーが個室になっていて、シャワーヘッドが取り外せないので、子供の頭を洗う時が大変でした。。。毎日タオルを変えてくれたりバスルームを綺麗にしてくれていましたが、部屋の中を掃除機をかける事はなかったので残念でした。ソファも座り心地が良いですが、ダニがいるようで、家族みんな刺されました。。。朝食はメインを色々と選べたので、朝食付きにして良かったです。メイン以外で、パンやフレークやヨーグルト、フルーツがありましたが、ボイル野菜もあれば子供も少し食べられたなと思いました。

眺望が最高！！！

客室に入り、ベッドルーム、バスルームなどを横目に廊下を奥へ奥へと進むと、ハーバーブリッジとオペラハウスが同時に目の前に現れます。周囲のホテルより価格は高いですが、このリビングからの最高の眺めは、価格以上の価値があります。客室は清潔ですし、設備も料理洗濯が出来るので家族にお勧めです。

快適でした。

幼児2人連れで宿泊です。近くに有名なスーパーがないのがちょっと不便なくらいで、まぁあとは快適です。タオルの交換も電話すればすぐに持ってきてくれますし、レセプションの対応も良いです。みんな笑顔で子供の相手をしてくれました。プールのある階に行けば夜景も見えます。チャイルドロックの黒い門がありますが、上にレバーを引っ張って押して開けるスタイルです。アクセスはサーキュラーキーから行くのがおすすめです。ハリントンストリートのParking横のエレベーターからレセプションに上がり、乗り換えれば部屋に行けます。ジョージストリートから、エセックスストリート経由でハリントンストリートに向かうと坂にあたりますが、Grosvenor Placeにパブリック用のエレベーターがあるので(警備員のいる部屋の横の自動ドアの先)それを使えばベビーカーに乗せたままでも坂を使わずにホテルへ行けます。ルームサービス等は利用してないです。洗濯機と乾燥機と食洗機と湯沸しポットと冷蔵庫とがあり、便利でした。

Nice location, great view from the room!! Overall, we are satisfied with staying at the hotel. If possible, the staff should explain the floor of swimming pool, and supermarkets location (we stayed the apartment type room). These information are very useful for customers.

最高の立地

部屋からハーバーブリッジとオペラハウスが一望できる最高の立地でした。2ベッドルームにキッチン、絶景に面した広々としたリビングルーム、今回友人4人で4泊して、シドニーを満喫しました。昼は町歩き毎日約2万歩歩き、ランチを素敵なレストランや、カフェでして、帰りにスーパーに寄って夕食の食材の調達をして夜景を見ながら贅沢なディナー。本当に大満足な滞在となりました。バスタブの水圧も高くてすぐにいっぱいになりますので、4人でもあまりストレスなく毎晩利用できました。排水も良かったです。冷蔵庫も、ホテルが用意した飲み物等が入っている物と空の物と二つあったのも良かったです。食洗機や洗濯機乾燥機も付いていて、それぞれ洗剤もあり、簡単な利用説明書もありました。難を言えば、ハンドシャワーがない事、バスタブにシャワーがないこと、シャワーの水圧が低かった事ぐらいです。シャワールームもトイレも二つあり便利でした。是非是非ゆっくり滞在されることをお勧めします。

立地、眺望共に最高でした。

設備は若干古いですが、立地は最高、部屋からの眺望も最高でした。ルームクリーニングが若干丁寧でないのがちょっと残念。あと欧米系のホテル、アパートメントは一般的に設置されていないのは分かってるのですが、ハンドシャワーが欲しいですね。

窓からの景色、最高です！

ホテルの立地、景色ともに満足しました！高層階でなくても、オペラハウス、ハーバーブリッジが絵葉書のように見えます。 5人家族で宿泊したので、ソファベッドを使用しましたが、頼りない骨組みでした。部屋は比較的きれいですが、少しホコリが気になる部分もありました。アレルギーがある方は要注意かも。フロントは日本語対応できるスタッフはいませんでした。でもみなさん優しく対応はしてくれました！

ロックスに近く、眺めはよい。

ロックスに近く、回りは静かな所で場所はいいです。リビングからの眺めは写真のとおり素晴らしいです。スーパーマーケットまでは３００ｍぐらい歩くので、買い出しは少し不便です。建物自体は古いので、天井は引く感じがしました。室内ＷＩＦＩは２４時間＄１０になってました。

Nice view !!

From the living room of the 17th floor,it was a superb view position where the Opera House and the Harbor Bridge can be seen at once. The view from the room was wonderful than anything and healed the tiredness of the day.

わるくないですが、5つ星ではないと思います。5つ星は豪華であるべきではないでしょうか。フォーシーズンズと値段が変わらなかったので期待してました。でもフォーシーズンズがよかった。

長期滞在に便利なホテル

キッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機の設備が、充実してるので、長期滞在に便利。プール、サウナ、ジムも利用できて、楽しめました。

便利で清潔なホテル

早朝の到着なので前日から部屋を予約しました。チェックインはスムーズに出来、シャワーを浴びて少し仮眠し、昼過ぎに、「部屋の掃除をして下さい」のタグをかけて外出しました。しかし夜戻ると部屋の掃除も、タオルの交換もされていませんでした。結局その日のハウスキーピングはスキップされました。ほぼ満足でしたが、それだけが残念でした。

すばらしいホテルです。

フロントは簡素ですが、部屋はとても広く非常に清潔で快適です。サービスも必要最低限で、過剰サービスで値段が高くなるぐらいならば、ちょうど良い感じです。そして何よりも眺望は最高です。次にシドニーに来るのはいつになるかわかりませんが、次に来るときもまたこのホテルを必ず予約すると思います。素晴らしい思い出の旅にしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。

locationが、最高！

2月11日から2泊、大人4人、子ども1人の5人で利用しました。checkinの時間より早く到着しましたが、frontでオッケーとなり部屋に入れてもらえました。それから、upgradeもしてくれてVIProomにopera houseが望める素敵な部屋でした。アパートメントなので、キッチン設備もあり初日は近くのスーパーで食材を買い、作って食べましたが、近くにもオシャレなお店がいっぱいありますよ！harborまでも徒歩10分かからない距離に位置しているし、shoppingするにもよしです。grandfloorは急坂の上側なので、高齢者にはきついかな？keyがあれば下の階からも出入りOK！使い分けすれば問題なしです。
