値段とつり合わないホテル

ホテルの従業員は皆親切なので大変残念。隣の家が毎日煩く、直ぐに部屋を取り替えてくれた。朝食もサービスしてくれた。建物の雰囲気は良いが、かなり古い。部屋にゴキブリもいた。部屋は狭く窓も小さく場所によっては全く外が見えない。総合的に、このレベルなら高い。

こじんまりしたファミリー感覚のホテル

12月26日から30日まで滞在。部屋の蛍光灯は２灯ありやや暗かったが、ホテルの前の路上駐車可能時間、場所など、ホテルの従業員はこちらの知りたい情報を親切に教えてくれた。

駅まで少し遠いが、寝る為には何の問題もない。値段も安いし、いいと思う。電子レンジは無かった。

ホテルの従業員の対応が最高でした

ホテルの従業員の対応が最高でした。価格・物価高からすれば、部屋の大きさや眺望やカフェの大きさはしかたありませんが、ホテルの従業員の対応にとっても満足しました。チップを渡そうとしたら、オーストラリアはチップはいらないのよとかたくなに拒否されました。

ノースショアアホテル　郊外の小さな宿屋

こじんまりしていて、ちょっと古いけど可愛いホテルです。　個人的には高級感はないけれど、寛げていいと思いました。　水道栓の締まりの悪さや、扉の閉めにくさは、味わいがありました。　2日目にタオルが　、交換されてなかったのはちょっと辛かったです。多分ちょっとしたミスだと思うんですが・・・

Older property but clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable, good shower and new air conditioner. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Be aware there is a large flight of stairs to some rooms. Staff at check in and out very friendly, efficient and helpful. Good location and parking on street was easy.

Booked a standard room. Didn’t know it was in the ground level. Felt like a basement room. carpet was wet here and there and wasn’t cleaned properly. Not worth for the money you paid.

Although the street address is on a busy road, the guest rooms face a quiet back street, which only become noisy around 8:00AM. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property, because I suffer from a dust allergy. The area is delightful, and the Mater Hospital is only a short walk away. There is a good bistro at the North Sydney Hotel on the corner. Only drawback is that on-site car parking at the Hotel costs $35.00 per day (which appears to be a standard all-day rate for nearby carparks). However, there is ample on-street parking in the road behind the hotel, which is unlimited between 6:00PM and 8:30AM.

Clean and comfortable

This was great! Clean, comfortable and exceptional Customer Service. The rooms are fairly old, but have everything you need. I will stay again! It is a nice easy walk into North Sydney. Also the gardens are gorgeous! It was lovely to sit outside and enjoy them!

We had a very large room, comfortable and clean. There is a beautiful park across the road and Shops and Restaurants are just a few minutes away. The staff is friendly with Maurizio at the Reception being the kindest person you could ever meet. I highly recommend this Hotel!

This was amazing value for money! The room was huge, lovely old building that reminds me of a cute bed and breakfast. Everything worked as it should. My only small issue was not being able to get 2 room keys.

Die Unterkunft war noch recht citynah, man konnte diese sogar zu Fuß erreichen, war allerdings ein guter Marsch. Aber Bus, Bahn, Ferry... Die Unterkunft sah außen super aus, richtig süß. Der Empfang war total nett. Das Zimmer selbst hat uns etwas geschockt. Super altmodisch u oft Marke Eigenbau, aber höchst unprofessionell, Türen hingen schief, Schrauben u Nägel guckten raus.Es wirkte dadurch alles recht schäbig. Unser erster Gedanke war, wir sind im Gefängnis, was durch die Backsteinwand plus komischer Farbe, Gitter am Fenster (Erdgeschoss) hervorgerufen wurde. Es war nun nicht unsauber, aber wirkte ein wenig so. Alter Teppich, leicht moderiger Geruch. Es sollte dringend renoviert werden. Ansonsten war das Personal echt freundlich und lieb.

Parking procedure a bit awkward. Parking is nearby, not at actual premises, which you find out about only on arrival, and hard to find; then have to carry your stuff back to accommodation. Limited parking in a tight area.

The hotel room was quiet and well back from main road. Very convenient, good options on food and very walkable to business areas. Felt relaxed. Bed was comfortable.
