"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"The staff and the hotel are tremendous. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We received a beautiful harbor view room overlooking the stunning Sydney harbor and the Opera house. The location is great- close to a lot of restaurants and shops in th “Rocks”. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience."

"Great position overlooking Darling Harbour and easy to get around from there. We arrived early but we were able to check in and have our room straight away which was a delight. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and clean towels provided every day. Staff are lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I had a perfect stay at the hotel. They kindly had my room ready early, it was very clean & a good size. The location couldn’t have been better, less than 5 minutes to the Opera House! The breakfast the next morning was fantastic with lots of choice. I’d definitely stay there again. "
