"Great location and in-house food was pretty good. Disappointed when the TV didn’t work for days. End of day be nice to have had that service. Didn’t get much help from the concierge. Other than that, was pretty good."

"Afew hiccups with check-in as they initially couldn't find my booking and had forgotten the bottle of wine included with my package. This was politely corrected though. Breakfast buffet was a traditional western style breakfast with reasonable choice of hot breakfast, pastries, cheese board type spread and fruit. Fruit didn't look fresh but everything else was good. Also was offered barista made coffee. Valet was $110 at time of writing."

"Heating/cooling was centrally controlled and the room was cold, I spoke to reception and asked for the heating to be higher, it was never changed. The hotel is in a good location but that is the only plus "
