Neighborhood
This house boasts a prime location, providing convenient access to all that Sydney offers. Located just a ten-minute drive from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (both domestic and international terminals), 73 Terry St is also a mere five-minute walk from Sydenham station. From there, a quick five-minute, two-stop train ride takes you to Central.
Just a two-minute walk away, at the corner of Unwins Bridge Rd and Park Road, you'll find Meraki Coffee, a fantastic cafe known for its excellent coffee and pastries. On weekends, be sure to arrive early to snag one of their highly sought-after pistachio croissants.
Tillman Park is located just across the street, featuring a great playground and bike track for kids. Sydenham Green Park, with its fenced playground, is just a minute up the road. In the evening, you can pick up wine from David's Cellars or enjoy a visit to the General Gordon near the station.
A ten-minute walk into Marrickville will lead you to several microbreweries, including Batch, Sauce, Grifter, and the Bob Hawke Beer and Leisure Centre. Willie The Boatman in St Peters is also worth a visit, all forming part of the Inner West Ale Trail.
Transit
Starting in August 2024, the Metro line from Sydenham station will run trains every four minutes to the CBD and Barangaroo. Residents of Terry St, Tempe can walk to Sydenham Station in 8-10 minutes via Terry St, Union St, and Railway Rd. Cycling and bus options are also available, with bike racks and frequent bus services nearby. Once at Sydenham Station, follow signs to the Metro platforms. Trains to the CBD, including stops at Central, Town Hall, and Wynyard, take about 10 minutes, while the journey to Barangaroo takes around 15 minutes.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
Please note that while the property's proximity to the airport is excellent for plane-spotting (a fun activity for both adults and kids) and highly convenient, you may experience some plane noise. However, there is a curfew in place, ensuring no flights operate between 11 PM and 6 AM.
