Great instructions arrived day before check in. Property in a block of apartments which unfortunately included some loud music loving neighbours which caused sleep issues. Apartment not very clean with moldy stinking plate of burnt porridge in microwave. No teaspoons or plug for kitchen sink was a little annoying. We did enjoy the location being close to a shopping mall and the zoo and water park.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Booked in early November, had host message 4 days prior to arrival claiming an emergency plumbing issue which was a blatant lie. Found out accommodation was given to another guest who turned out to be friends we were travelling with. Apartment was not as described in advertisement. Apartment block and its surroundings were an utter disgrace littered with rubbish. No on-site parking, holes in ceiling with exposed wires. No working appliances Communication with host was a disgrace with no apology for lying or concerns regarding apartment. Would not recommend this property or other properties relating to this host.

The unit was very clean and organized for our needs, spacious and perfect for a family. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access. Thank you very much for giving us your house.

The host Mina was amazing with such attention to detail I felt so at home it was hard to leave. The decor was modern, and the apartment had everything I needed. Cooking utensils, towels, laundry (dryer) supplies. Internet connection strong and entertainment options unlimited. Thank you Mina for making my stay so amazing. I have shared the experience with my friends that are local to the area and know they will most definitely consider Mina as their host in the future
