「This hotel is totally understaffed. Although individual staff members were generally kind, the number of staff is clearly insufficient to keep up with the demands from customers. Plus, it was ridiculous that they advertise their standard room with two double-size beds (which were much smaller than we expected) for four people. There was no way for two adults to sleep on what they claim to be a double-size bed, and the room was hardly sufficient for four people. The fact that they prepared only...

「The facility itself was good, but the room was very dark and had no sunlight. It was a weekend, so the heavy bass music from the Museum Club on the floor below was loud until late. The location was perfect. I would like to use it again in a different room.」

「指定されている付近に行ったが、クルーズ船が来なかった。多くの現地の方に場所が間違っているのか聞いてもわからないとの返答だった。結果、無駄金を払っただけになってしまった。」

「Spacious, clean and stylish property. Excellent and helpful communication with the host. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and crockery. Washing machine and dryer were also very handy. Air con worked very well. Really enjoyable stay.」
