「We’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had a good experience. The quality has gone downhill since the ownership change. The property is run down, housekeeping was almost nonexistent, our balcony was dirty, and the pool area was in terrible condition. It needs a lot of TLC. We won’t be back.」

「Thin walls and floors. Constant banging, yelling and jumping in neighboring rooms. Uncomfortable beds, tiny uncomfortable couch. Clean and walkable to area.」

「ホワイトマウンテン周遊道路に面して、コンウェイとノースコンウェイの中間あたりにあります。メリル農場の雰囲気を残してあり、私たちが泊まった建物はむかしメープルシロップを作っていた納屋を改造したとか。あちこちに農機具など農場で使っていたものがおいてあり、木造の質素だけれど暖かい建物と良くマッチしていました。５人家族なので３ベッドのロフト付きの部屋を予約しました。ロフトは、階段もしっかりしたもので、天井の高さも十分にあり、広々として２ベッドとバス、トイレ、洗面所がありました。ロフトというよりも２階という感じでした。設備もきちんとしていたし、部屋は清潔で予想以上によかったです。」

「ストーリーランドやワシントン山といった観光地にも近く、ロケーションは申し分ない。敷地の裏側には川があり、夏は水遊びも楽しめる。部屋は普通のモーテルで、古いが丁寧に掃除されていて、十分快適に過ごせた。リゾートホテルなみとはいかないが、ハイシーズンでもリーズナブルな価格のため、価格重視の方にはおすすめ。」
