スイートグラス ホテル

「The room was very clean and this hotel is very convenient to the Beaufort area. We have stayed at this facility numerous times and found the staff extremely friendly and the buffet breakfast is definitely a plus.」

「Loved location and size of room. Would stay again」

「The reception staff were somewhat indifferent and not very friendly. We had a loft room which for space was good however the staircase was very steep with narrow stairs. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of pool and hallway noise. Our room was clean and King bed comfortable. Did not like putting our garbage and towels outside the door in the morning. Convenient for restaurants. Property grounds felt tropical which was fun.」

「Staff members were very Helpful and Clean Rooms. Breakfast was a good assortment of choices .」

「Remodeling but did not affect our stay at all. Staff was extremely nice.」

「Receptionist was very kind.」

「We just loved having the pair of Adirondack chairs and umbrella right outside our door. It was the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to dinner. My husband was also able to easily roll his bicycle into our room. Such a great location for exploring both the historic district residential neighborhood (adjacent to the hotel) and the historic district shopping area and waterfront. We particularly enjoyed walking to the Pat Conroy Literary Center.」

「Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

「Great location but our room had missing tiles around the drain and an electric outlet half out of the wall」

「I like that it was quiet and peaceful stay. Some of the towels look like they were browning but other than that, it was an ok stay!」

「I don’t know if I was in a room under renovation but it was horrible the shower head was held together by a zip tie then it fell off mid shower. Ceiling lights at the door didn’t work there was dirty goop all in the corner of the shower, the pictures online look nothing like the room I stayed in. Light bulbs were missing from lamps it was crazy.」

「Friendly staff. Great breakfast and pool service. The negative was main pool was not heated and cold. This was the last week of October. Also would have towels available at the adult only pool.」
