「Dirty linens , trash in trash cans not cleaned」

「We stayed there recently and we absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Shaun and Jody are amazing hosts. Our cabin as one of the cabins that isn’t quite remodeled yet but it’s in great condition and was big enough for an entire family ! It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. My only wish list was to have a mountain view but for the price I’d definitely stay there again. We loved how close we were to the lake and Chimney Rock. Great place to relax and breathe in the fresh air.」

「very peaceful best views from deck, curtious staff」

「The breakfast was awesome. The chef was an excellent cook. I highly recommend getting a room with the breakfast included.」

「The hotel is clean and the room is spacious and comfortable, and the location is great as well. The breakfast was good too. Will definitely come back!」

「The room was clean and new looking. My husband said the breakfast was great. We were very happy with our stay!」

「The location is close to downtown. I could not pay with my phone because of poor cell signal. There was no back on the tv remote so batteries kept falling out. There was no “Do not disturb “ sign to hang on the door. The room was clean enough with plenty of towels, soap and toilet paper. We could hear the people beside us, above us and outside in the parking lot and every time someone took a shower or flushed a toilet.」

「Close to Blue Ridge and places to eat.」

「The property was gorgeous and Russell and Jim were as charming as ever! They were so welcoming. We felt like we were family. Oh and the food….breakfast was amazing!!」

「Clean room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Quiet. All good!」

「All the juices in dispenser were empty (putting out water) and we were the second group for breakfast. The toaster did not work and the milk in the metal container had a funny taste to it. Stains on the bed spreads and the linens were stained as well. Dirt on the bathroom floor and the toilet looked as if it was about five years old or older. Due to the property having smoking stations, unfortunately one was next to our room, three individuals chose to smoke, talk and laugh for about an hour in...

「・スタッフの対応が気持ちよく、テラスでの会話も楽しめる場所でした。 ・シャルロット空港から１５０ｋｍ（約1時間１０分）は、遠いと思いましたが、アメリカの土地勘としては平均的なのか？ 」

「Everything about our stay was just outstanding!! Definitely will stay here again in the future if ever back in the area.」

「I had a good time there. Though some of the amenities look old and rusty but looks clean.」
