「空港からの最寄り駅より徒歩12〜3分、平坦な道。マクドナルドやIGAやウールワースがあり買い物に便利。パース駅までも徒歩圏、途中に博物館がある。 ホテルはすぐ道に面しているが、車の音もしない。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、トースター、電気ポットがあり、ズーパーで買い物して温めて食べられる。 すぐ前にマクドナルドもある。 ただ、ドライヤーがない。 この辺りは古い建物が多い。そのせいか、赤い小さな蟻が流しに大量にいて、台所用の中性洗剤をかけて退治した。 ホテルの人人は愛想がないけど、早めに着いたらそれなりに対応してくれた。事前に連絡しておいてよかった。」

「洗面室が広くて助かりました。チェックインは鍵番号教えてもらい、簡単な説明を受けるだけでした。受付は夕方5時には人がいなくなるようですので、何か尋ねたいことがあれば早めのほうがいいです。」

「A very niche little getaway tucked away in the hills. A lovely feel to the place and the host Paul could not have been more helpful The pool was crystal clear and beautifully maintained.」

「Our stay at Balcatta Sanctuary was great, the hosts are very friendly and accomodating. The house was everything we needed and presented very clean. Loved the outside sanctuary! The location was quiet & private, very handy having the park/playground at the end of the street for the kids. Would highly recommend this place!」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it....

「今回急遽、チェックイン締切間近に予約完了した。普段オフィスは無人で締め切られているので、最初はなかなか入れず途方にくれたが、オーナーの機転と陽気な笑顔に救われた！ 中心部から徒歩５分ほど離れているが、静かで良い。エアコン＋扇風機、ｗｉｆｉの状態が非常に良く快適。真夏なので冷蔵庫にグラスやミルクが入れられているといった、細かな気遣いが嬉しい。サウステラスに面しており、無料バスＣＡＴの乗り場６番に近い（徒歩１分）ので便利。またマリンテラス側１２番からも徒歩２～３分なので北上する場合は時間の節約にもなる。」

「This is an outstanding place to stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Perth Hills, established in a picturesque valley where orchards and vineyards abound. We stayed in the coach House which is a cute little cottage with sufficient home comforts as well as a large spa bath. Little hospitality touches like a carafe of port to warm one as a pre-dinner drink, the welcome platter of assorted cheeses and nibbles, the lighting of a fire in the dining room to make the breakfast room cosy are...

「I stayed less than 24 hours although booked for 5 nights - returned home due to out of control dog on property and owners not prepared to confine it during my stay to protect my safety. I was spoken to rudely by one of the owners when I requested assurance.」

「Beautiful large apartment next to golf courses surrounded by winery’s. The staff are lovely however the cafe could provide higher quality food and they’ve missed a trick not serving local wines. The kangaroos all over the place made it a special place for us to stay.」
