Each house has two bedrooms with double beds, some of which have en-suite bathrooms. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The square, with a beautiful Renaissance church and an 18th-century loggia, is dominated by the imposing Grimani Palace, a well-preserved medieval castle with a wide residential tower surrounded by a lawn lined with chestnut and pine trees.
Located in central Istria, you couldn't think of a more ideal location for Svetvincenat. The region's main towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec are all within a 30-minute drive, as are the pebble beaches of the Adriatic.
