Loved the very well maintained gardens, pools and alleys. Also tye descrnt tonthe beach via lift. The apartment was quite airy and it wasnt too warm at all without us needing to turn on the airco. Could have been nice to have some coffee dispensers around the complex.

Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Het hotel is gelegen in een gebied vol resorts. Wij hadden een kamer in het hotel gebouw. Kamer was groot en schoon. Personeel aan de balie was bij het inchecken niet vriendelijk en stug. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en goed. Het was elke keer wel druk bij het ontbijt. Minpunten: de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en door de livemuziek is het niet prettig buiten zitten op het balkon omdat de muziek veel te hard staat.

Nice stay

The only downside we found is that in the advert for the hotel it said daily cleaning and this did not happen during our 7 days. We eventually had to ask for clean towels Besides that we found the complex well kept and the grounds kept to a high standard. The pools are great for the kids and cooling down during the heat. The pizza restaurant we particularly liked and the shop on site has everything that you could need. The beach is close by and there is a boat to the old town a few times a day.

Die Bodenreinigung hätte besser sein sollen. Was bringen jeden Tag frische Handtücher wenn der Boden verstaubt ist??? Auch hätten Küchenutensilien (Schwamm Trockentuch)vorhanden sein können. Auch die Aussenpools werden nicht wirklich gereinigt und die Verletzungsgefahr ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Not so good

The resort is nice, clean, a lot of green alleys. The apartments are big, but with old furniture. Mattresses are uncomfortable. The cleaning service was poor. The housekeeper did not vacuum the floor, but only cleaned it with a mop. Restaurants are a very big disapoiment. The personal does not speak english and we had a problem with the comunication. On italian, waiter forgot our order. On fish restaurant, even it was empty, the waiter told us to leave, because all the tables are reserved. We we check-out, receptionist took the keys, without saying "good bye". We will not come back here soon.

Great property, manicured grounds, clean pools! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Rumen makes outstanding cocktails at the big pool swim-up bar! The Sea beach is a bit small and tends to get overcrowded but the 10 or so pools make up for it. A great place for kids - kids club is good and there are game activities going on all day around the big pool! The animators gave it their best! Thanks for a relaxing time!
