This is a really pretty hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and up-to-date. Hotel has a pretty fancy feel. And the gym was ok too (which is an accomplishment for hotel gyms in general). Service was top-notched. The hotel concierge, Lucky, went the extra mile to help my get a cab all the way to Shanghai. He deserves a huge shout out and is the reason I would recommend this property!

First of all when i check in , the front desk staff told me the room type i booked is not available and she can offer a free upgrade to me to a executive room with bigger room size but the shower and bath tube are integrated. i was no choice but accepted the offer. Actually the room is big but the facilities are very old . 1. the freezer is like a display box w ligithing , it is totally not work and even hoter than room temperature. 2. As mentioned earlier , the shower and bath tube are integrated, the bath tube is quite hight so we need jump into the bath tube to take shower everytime . 3. the wifi is quite slow like 3 to 4 MB per sec. 4 the curtain not good enough to block the sunlight , so u will be wake up by sunlight in the morning around 6am . 5. the lighting inside the closet very funny , it suppose will turn off xx secs after close the door but it will actually keep turn on .. off .. on ..off in xx secs no matter the door is open or closed wnd the worse thing is it will sound "dic" everytime when the light is on or off. so u will hear dic ... dic ... dic .. dic .. whole night when u sleeping. Honestly the.location of the hotel is very good and convenience, it is very close to subway and biggest shopping mall but maybe it is time to revolute.
