「My real concern with staining at this hotel is that it was not mentioned on Hotel.com website that this hotel is a Naturalist hotel. Everyone was naked. I left early!!!!」
「I had an enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I only used the accommodation as I was visiting family and spent my time at their home. The cabin was comfortable and clean, and the location was restful and quiet. I would very much like to stay again when visiting my family.」
「We stayed in a suite for one night. What a stunning five star hotel. Suite had fridge, rain fall shower, huge bath with tv, separate lounge , safe, tv in the lounge and bedroom. Would highly recommend」
「Very clean and lovely large room. Nice views overlooking the canal. Pretty quiet considering the proximity of the main road. Entering the Shower was a faff as the door didn't open wide enough and kept falling off it's rails. Food service and quality left a little to be desired. Not cooked very well and want asked if everything was OK with our meal and Not offered a dessert menu when sent main course back...?? Would recommend staying but will eat elsewhere if we stay again..? 」
「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」
