「値段が高い！ホリディアパートメントとして滞在した。チェックイン時５時を過ぎていたので駅前にある事務所がしまっており、その裏のホテルのフロントで鍵を受け取らなければならず手間取った。実際に建物がある場所は駅から徒歩１０分以上かかる。英語でのエアコンの使い方の説明がなく、事務所で受けた説明は部屋にあるものと違っていて結局使えなかった。洗濯機は無い。」

「Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt im Waldhotel von Herzen genossen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub mit einem grandiosen Abschluss mit zwei Nächten in diesem Hotel. Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielleicht gibt es die eine oder andere Unstimmigkeit in der Kommunikation, an welcher man noch arbeiten könnte, aber dennoch sind alle stets bemüht. 「The drive up was an experience on its own, the location is indescribably beautiful with panoramic views of the mountains, green valleys and blue lakes below, spotted with little farms and villages. Staff was supremely helpful and kind, treated us like family, offering advice and perspective on surrounding areas and other destinations along our trip.
