「Bellevue means “beautiful view,” and sadly that’s the hotel’s only beautiful feature. The location overlooking Lake Lucerne is stunning, but everything else was disappointing. The hotel is dated and in urgent need of refurbishment, as well as improvements in customer service. Arriving just one hour before check-in after a long train journey, we were refused entry and even denied refreshments, being told to go elsewhere. 「唯一の暖房器具であるラジエーター（洗面台の下にあります）がうまく機能せず（21時頃から熱くなりました）、寒くて夕方からベッドから出れず、凍えていました。
フロントに繋がる電話機がなく、何か問い合わせたくても、自身の携帯から有料で連絡する必要があります。
ラジエーターが不調だと電話で連絡しても、即座に何か対応してくれるわけでもなく、他の暖房器具もなく、寒い時期に泊まるのは危ないホテルです。
室内にケトルはなく、１Ｆの共用部分にあるコーヒーメーカーでお湯を調達する必要があります。
朝食のホットミールはゆで卵のみで、チーズやハム、ヨーグルトがメインです。クロワッサンは美味しかったです。朝食のスタッフは親切でした。
ルンゲルンはとても素晴らしい景観の街で、駅からも近くて 、暖房や問題発生時の対応がしっかりしていれば良いホテルです。」

「Considering the low price, I suppose it couldn't be helped, but the single room didn't even have a sink, let alone a shower or toilet. I was in a hurry before my departure, so it was frustrating that I had to wait quite a while for the shared bathroom to become available. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly and polite, and they responded to my questions courteously.」

「Hotel was really off route to mainland. Up the mountain (unless thats what youre looking for). The room was a bit rundown for me, but i think thats the character theyre going for. Very dim lighting. Hallway didnt have lights in the night so its pitch black if you wanted to walk out your room. I was using my phone flashlight to put my key in and lock on check out.
