"Clean & Tidy hotel if slightly old fashioned decor - think conference hotel built in the 70’s / 80’s… but this is where the criticism starts and stops. Service = amazing Cleanliness = Top Notch Staff = attentive and super friendly Yes it is a little old fashioned and the decor could do with updating (for the love of God, get rid of some of the kitsch furniture and mismatched objet D’art!) but this place oozes charm and the service and people make it a trip worth making. I’d stay again and recommend you do too! "

"Overall the property is clean, rooms comfertable, reception and Resturant staff very helpful and friendly. The menu offered good options. The area around the hotel was quiet and safe for kids. "

"I absolutely loved the location and public transportation access to and from the Gatwick airport! The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable with a coffee/tea bar iron, iron board and a hair dryer. I would highly recommend and would stay there again. "

"Great service given that only 2 people were shouldering all of customer service. Front desk/ bar service excellent. The girl on breakfast service was rushed off her feet, but provided great service. The room was comfortable ( in need of a little TLC) ,the bed & linens good. "

There were plenty of options to choose from, including healthy choices and hearty favorites.
