"Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. "We had booked this hotel for a business trip and the photos of the property are very old and dont show the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are very worn out and the hotel is majorly used by local couples for hourly stays. The manager and reception staff were very rude when we pointed out the problems in the room. We left the hotel in an hour of checking in and stayed at a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. "
