「Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. Everyone likes to tell others how to do their jobs and the job never gets done, but only passed on to the next person in line.」

「Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. 」

「Absolutely terrible experience here leaving the only good thing being the time I left. The check it was quickly thought despite no one speaking English, once we get to our room we noticed how dusty it was, and I’m not exaggerating, i usually walk shoeless indoor and this could not be the case. Ok we dealt with it and ever since that we couldn’t spend an hour without finding out something wrong with the room, ceiling fan wasn’t properly attached, bathroom flooded every time I tried to shower,...
