Everything was excellent. One night someone banged on our door at 11:30pm. We didn’t know who it was. Staff was helpful in helping us.

The staff were amazingly helpful, with getting my room ready after I arrived much earlier. As someone who works in hotels in Australia, i can appreciate how challenging it can be. The buffet was lovely, and Charcoal too.

Good and great
Good and very nice Breakfast full of variety and freshness.
Cheff there are very helpful in providing the requested dish.
All good and restaurant is matter of great comfort with Milk tea in clay cups.

Excellent service and stay at Courtyard.
We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Surat for nearly two weeks and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff, especially Anjali, went over and above for us, and in particular made the stay pleasant for my elderly parents. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was not very clean and so many mosquitoes in the reception at the evening.
Plus the service was not good.
I had guests who were going to check in I booked the rooms for them, and one of the staff from reception asks them to pay our morning bill of breakfast, it was unprofessional as I was staying there so I’m supposed to clear before I check out the rooms are on my name.
My guests were just checking in so how come they asked to pay someone else’s bill.
The service is not good they are very unprofessional.
And at night they don’t even answer the phone at the front desk, I had to go downstairs and when we complained they don’t even bother to say Sorry.
Manager should have some training how to behave with the customer and be more polite.

The rooms were old, soap limited, towels limited and old and greyish but were supposed to be white. To many ants biting us and mosquitoes inside hotel management blames it on the sighing in area but did nothing. Food was good and service in dining room was very good
No gift shop. Coffee shop was great

Value for money
5th time staying at the hotel. Service is always very good. Will go back for sure. Management needs to improve maintenance and cleanliness of carpets, sofa covers and overall.
