The Marlin House is a charming, pet-friendly, canal-front home just a short walk from the sand and sea! This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combines coastal style with comfort, making it the perfect spot for a family getaway. Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, or sunbathing right from your private dock.

Natural light fills the home, highlighting coastal decor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances, ideal for preparing family meals. Gather in the living room for cozy movie nights or fun-filled game evenings. Step outside to relax on the deck with beautiful water views while sipping your favorite beverage.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated for comfort, and both bathrooms offer shower/tub combinations. A shared hall bathroom is located on the main level, with a second bathroom on the ground level accessible from outside. The enclosed outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day on the beach or dock, keeping the sand outside.

Spend afternoons fishing from the dock, taking in the vibrant sunsets, or walking along the shore with your furry friend. The nearby beach access provides easy entry to the warm Atlantic waters.

Beds are made upon arrival (top bunk not included), and bed linens and towels are provided for weekly rentals.

Boat Access: The private dock accommodates boats up to 25 ft; boat lift and ramp are not available for guest use. A public boat ramp is located nearby.
