Courteous and helpful staff. Great location. 10 min walk to main road in Banff. Fireplace in room was nice. The rooms could use a deep clean but they were fine for the outdoor feel it strives for.

Easy checkin - showed up to late to use the hot tub which was a bummer but the place was everything we needed for the night , we were able to make breakfast and coffee , do a load of laundry , shower and hit the road again the next day !! Loved the view and staff was very nice. Improvement area: It would be more convenient if the gondola was open until 9:00pm. Closing at six makes it impossible to have dinner in Banff. However, shuffle service was good, just had wait 15 minutes.

Most of the employees are young and from different countries. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to each one of them . Even the gondola employees always spoke to us and asked about our day.

Absolutely must go see the scenic view at the top of the chair lift. I cannot express enough how beautiful that view is,
