"Pool area needs attention "

"Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "

"Very tired, worn out and run down, both the staff and the accommodations. The 'buffet' breakfast was honestly kind of gross. The toaster didn't work, flies in the condiments and on the bread and pastries. Options for breakfast were things like butter chicken, onion bhaji, etc., not what I would consider breakfast foods. The whole place smells of sewerage, everything is crumbling and needs a major revamp. There is nothing within walking distance of interest so you really need to catch taxis everywhere. The circle K is close, but is quite small with very limited options. The Balinese are lovely people, but the staff at the Bali Dream Villa Suites just seem, fed up. This was my 10th trip to Bali, 4 of which have been in villas and this was by far the most expensive and most disappointing. "
